Directions From London

Getting to us from London could not be simpler. We are about 75 minutes from central London in reasonable traffic conditions, and it is a very easy motorway journey. Depending on which part of London you are coming from there are 3 possible routes to Thame:

Route 1 – from central London

Take the A40 out of central London and continue past Uxbridge. The A40 then connects directly with the M40 westbound. Pass High Wycombe on the M40. Turn off the M40 at junction 7 and turn right on the A329 to Thame.

Route 2 – from central London

Take the A4 over the Hammersmith Flyover. Connect with the M4 westbound. At junction 4B on the M4 turn north onto the M25 (following signs for Watford and Oxford). At junction 16 on the M25, join the westbound M40 (sign posted Oxford and Birmingham). Pass High Wycombe on the M40. Turn off the M40 at junction 7 and turn right on the A329 to Thame.

Route 3 – from north London

From junction 20 (Kings Langley) on the M25, take the A41 north past Berkhamsted. At the roundabout at the top end of the A41 dual carriageway, follow signs to Aylesbury. While passing through Aylesbury town follow signs for the A418 to Oxford. Upon leaving Aylesbury, pass through the village of Stone on the A418. Proceed south westerly towards Thame.
